Before YG officially updated us, though, director Cha Eun Taek had tweeted two pictures of the shooting: one of CL and one of the cars they used in the shooting, at Taebaek Racing Park in Kangwo-do. CL will be portraying a race car driver in the music video.

Also announced was 2NE1′s comeback stage on Inkigayo on September 12th, where they will perform all three title songs. Due to fears of the songs being leaked before the release, 2NE1 are currently recording their Inkigayo performances in private, with the minimum number of staff.

There also rumors of 2NE1 debuting in Japan under mega-label Avex next year. No contract has yet been signed, however.

New facts gleaned from this article: Taeyang’s international album is to be sold in brick-and-mortar record stores in the US and Canada “later”, Taeyang’s solo concert will be live-streamed on YouTube, Taeyang reached number three in Japan, number five in Canada, number eleven in the US and number fifteen in Australia on the iTunes R&B/Soul album chart within a few hours of the release of Solar International, and 2NE1′s first album will be released “offshore and online”.

Then, an hour and half later, Se7en tweeted again with two more pictures, this time of him and Taeyang playing old-school arcade games together. “공연끝나고 밥먹으러왔는데 옆에 오락기가 ㅋㅋ BACK TO THE 동심의세계^^ W MA BRUH TY!!!” was the caption, which translates to “We were going to eat after the performance but there was an arcade game next to us lol. BACK TO THE world of childhood innocence ^^ W MA BRUH TY!!!”

On August 31st, Se7en tweeted about meeting Chinese pop star Vanness Wu: “JUS MET VANNESS!!! ITS BEEN 4YEARS!!! GOOD TO SEEN YA BRUH!! GOD SPEED!!! HOLLA!!!”. He also posted a picture of himself with Vanness.

Sean also tweeted about Jinusean’s next album on August 30th, saying “올해가 가기 전에 지누션 앨범 작업을 시작해볼까 하는데 응원글 보내주세요. 얼마나 많은 응원글이 오나 기대해볼게요. 지지지지누션!” and retweeting the following translation: “b4 the 2010 ends I’m thinking o starting to work on the next album o jinusean! reply me some o ur cheers I’m expecting it!! ji ji ji ji jinusean!”

Then on the 31st, he tweeted “”지누션을 위한 많은 응원글 감사합니다. 준비 시작하면 알려드리겠습니다” and “지누션만을 사랑해주고 지지해주시는 분들 감사합니다(Thank u all 4 ur love and support 4 Jinusean One love!)”

Master Hwang recently posted a video of Taeyang on a treadmill.

Taeyang tweeted two teaser pictures for his upcoming solo concert, both captioned “2010 TAEYANG CONCERT [SOLAR] COMING SOON ^-^”.

What YG said about Psy joining was: “PSY is hardworking but it is hard for him to manage a company due to his young age. He was worried a lot about managing his own company, so I talked about this issue with him frequently. He is multi-talented, as he writes his own songs and does many CFs. His concerts do great as well. There is not much that I can do to help him, as he is doing great already. I will support him through his future growth.”

Psy’s fifth album is currently scheduled for October of this year.

Psy, for those not familiar with him, is a fairly controversial figure in Korean entertainment – he does underground hip-hop with often crude lyrics and was charged and fined for smoking marijuana in 2001. He was also charged for avoiding conscription due to his poor work when he enlisted in 2003-2005 (in a special exemption program), and had to reenlist for twenty months in the military before finally being discharged in 2009.
